Klaah Al Malada Trad & Cont (KMTC) was established as an electromechanical maintenance and contracting company in 1998 and was registered as a private limited liability company with a Company Registration No. 1559931.
The company is registered as "A" Grade with the National Tender Board and "A" Grade with Oman’s Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP). We also have a registration for electrical, mechanical and civil works with the Ministry of Defense and electrical, mechanical works with the Royal Guard of Oman.
Klaah Al Malada Trad& Cont has considerable experience within the electrical engineering and contracting industry. We are able to offer a total integration service, from concept to installation to final commissioning.
Klaah Al Malada Trad& Cont is managed by a highly professional management team for the Power System. Also we are having highly educated, experienced Project managers, Draughtsman Surveyors and GIS Engineers . We have the Omani Human Resources, Administration and public relation managers. Other senior engineers are from India and Philippines.
This service is based on management utilization of a team of a technical team, combining a wealth of experience and proven professional skills located, beside the head office, at more than six locations throughout the Sultanate.
The company has realized the importance of Omanisation since its establishment in 1998. Today the company is run by a team of Omanis starting from the CEO to the administration and finance manager and the public relations manager.
The total Omani work force exceeds 45%. Omanis are working in several maintenance and electrical contracts and the Manpower supply to the MRMW. The company has many electrical supervisors, electrical technicians, drivers, Public Relation Officers, accountants, secretaries and support staff.
We pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly to customer requirements. Our Organization is set up to provide a fast turnaround of projects, in line with agreed completion dates. We are accustomed to completion of installation projects that comply with current electrical standards and legislation within the Sultanate of Oman.
We have a team of experienced estimators, project managers, electrical engineers, Surveyors, Draftsmen, maintenance engineers, foreman, electrical site supervisors, lineman, power & desalination plant maintenance and operators, cable jointers, electrical technicians, plumbers, not to mention our support and admin staff from different Countries.
KMTC’s greatest asset is its people. Today, we employ approximately 250 hardworking individuals in the roles of Project managers, Project Engineers, Protection Engineers, Testing & Commissioning Engineers, Superintendents, Skilled workers, Administrative personnel and Safety officers.
Many of our employees have been with the company for 10 to 15 years, and that makes us one of the most experienced and well-trained high-voltage electrical contractors in the industry. At the end of the day, experienced people form experienced teams. An experienced team is the surest way for a project to be completed safely, efficiently, and without timely or costly errors.

KMTC has full-time Safety Officers that oversee all aspects of the safety and OSHA programs and work with crews to develop safe work plans provide training, and continuing safety education through weekly safety meetings and field safety inspections.

All equipment is well maintained and operates at peak efficiency. Maintenance and repairs are performed in the company shops and in the field. We employ full-time mechanics to insure our equipment is running when needed.
